About this template
This is the template I built out while working at Notion to scale and manage our OOH buys for major, multi-channel global campaigns. While I’ve redacted most of the buy, you can use this project management database to flesh out your own plan, view it on a timeline, keep track of creative due dates and responsibilities, upload and store creative assets or proof-of-posting photos, and track inventory by vendor or region.
The briefing template (also included) is another tool I used to brief external vendors (both third-party agencies and direct media owners) on our goals for each campaign.
